The Brilliant Ideas Method - Development Phase Volunteer

The Brilliant Ideas Method is in its early development stage, and we’re inviting families to volunteer so we can understand how well it supports children’s executive function skills — including planning, organisation, flexible thinking, emotional regulation and problem‑solving — through real‑world, project‑led learning.

Your participation helps us refine the method, ensuring it is practical, accessible and genuinely effective for children in everyday home‑learning environments and small group situations.

The development phase of the Brilliant Ideas Method will run across two 6‑week project cycles, giving families the chance to experience project‑led learning in real time.

Volunteers will receive the introduction guidance e‑book, all project resources, and weekly support from me to help implement each stage effectively. We begin with a welcome online session where I introduce the materials and explain the ongoing process.

Throughout the trial, I will use weekly check‑ins to gather feedback on what works well, what needs refining, and how children respond to key executive function elements such as planning, organisation, flexible thinking, emotional regulation and problem‑solving. Each project cycle will end with a final online workshop where volunteers can share overall reflections.

All feedback gathered during these two cycles will directly shape the final development of the Brilliant Ideas Method — a project‑led approach designed to support children’s learning in the way their brains are truly meant to learn.
