Terms & Conditions

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the membership subscription between Nurtured Together (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the subscribing family (“you,” “your”). By subscribing to Nurtured Together, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Packages and Payment

1.1 We offer three membership packages:

Services offered per block of 8 weeks:

• Core: Weekly Sessions Only (£130 per 8-week block)

• Support: Teaching, consultation, online community and online resources (£190 per 8-week block)

• Complete: Teaching, consultation, online resources, workshops (2x block), and online community (£220 per 8-week block)

1.2 Full payment is due prior to the commencement of each 8-week block and secures your and your child’s place in the sessions.

1.3 Payments are non-refundable once the block has commenced.

2. Session Schedule

2.1 Sessions are scheduled across four 8-week blocks per year, with breaks of four weeks between blocks. The specific dates will be communicated to you prior to the start of each block.

2.2 Your subscription entitles you to the sessions as outlined in your selected package for the duration of the block.

3. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

3.1 If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify us as early as possible. Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

3.2 In the event that Nurtured Together cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule the session or offer an appropriate credit toward a future booking.

4. Parental Participation

4.1 A responsible parent or carer must accompany children in all sessions – the aim of the sessions are for parents to work with the children.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 You agree not to attend sessions if your child is unwell with an infectious illness or condition.

5.2 Parents and carers are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times unless otherwise specified.

6. Photography and Promotion

6.1 We may from time to time take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional use, including on our website and social media platforms.

6.2 We will obtain your written consent before using recognisable images of you or your child.

6.3 You have the right to decline participation in promotional materials.

7. Communication

7.1 We will communicate important updates, changes, or notices via the contact details you have provided. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.

8.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe. In all incidences, these will be documented for safeguarding purposes.

9. Safeguarding

9.1 We are committed to ensuring that all children are protected and safe. We therefore take our safeguarding role very seriously and are obligated to report any high-level concerns, especially when we feel a child may be at immediate risk of harm.

9.2 Any safeguarding concerns will be documented and in line with the Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023) we will aim to work with the family and any other services to ensure the welfare of the child is at the centre of our work.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 Nurtured Together reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any material changes will be communicated to you in advance.
