One-to-One Support

1:1 support sessions offer a confidential, personalised space to think through your child’s learning, wellbeing, and next steps. Together, we build understanding, explore practical support, and create clear, achievable ways forward for your family.

Child Anxiety & Emotional Wellbeing

Support for children who experience anxiety, overwhelm, emotional shutdowns, or big feelings that affect daily life, learning, or family routines. Sessions focus on understanding triggers, regulation needs, and practical ways to support emotional safety.

Additional Needs & Neurodivergent Support

Personalised support for families with children who are neurodivergent or have additional needs, diagnosed or not. Sessions focus on understanding your child's individual profile, reducing barriers, and building confidence in advocacy and everyday support.

Behaviour That Feels Hard to Manage

When behaviour feels confusing, exhausting or stuck. These sessions help reframe behaviour as communication, identify unmet needs, and develop supportive strategies that are realistic and sustainable at home.

School Refusal & Attendance Anxiety

Gentle, informed support for families navigating school avoidance, distress-based non-attendance, or transitions away from school. We explore underlying needs, rebuild confidence, and consider realistic next steps without pressure or blame.

Home Education & Alternative Learning Pathways

Support for families starting with home education or rethinking learning outside of traditional settings. We explore curriculum options, routines, and approaches that work for your child and family, without overwhelm.

Decision-Making & Next-Steps Support

For parents who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. This might include decisions around schooling, assessments, support services, or changes at home. Sessions provide clarity, structure, and space to think.

Transitions & Change

Support around big or small transitions, starting school, leaving school, changes in routine, family changes, or developmental shifts. We focus on preparation, emotional safety, and reducing anxiety around change.

Whole Family Support

Some challenges don't sit neatly in one category, so these sessions take a whole-family view. We recognise how children's needs, parental wellbeing, and external pressures interact, working gently within that complexity to make positive changes.

Face-to-Face or Online

This flexibility allows you to choose the option that feels most comfortable and practical for your family, without compromising the quality of support.

Parent Confidence & Advocacy

For parents who want support in feeling more confident in meetings, paperwork, or conversations with professionals. We work through how you centre your child, use clear language and advocate without feeling combative or overwhelmed.

Every Intitial Session is FREE
