About the event
Nurtured & New is a small, supportive group for new parents who want space to learn, connect, and settle into early parenthood without the overwhelm of big community halls and large groups.
Each group meets in a safe, calm, home-from-home environment, designed to be suitable for babies to explore, move, and play at their own pace. Sessions are intentionally small, allowing time to sit with a cup of tea, talk things through properly, and build genuine connections, rather than feeling lost in a busy hall full of strangers.
Led by a fully qualified and experienced practitioner, sessions gently cover the essentials of early parenthood. We explore early communication, physical development, and how babies learn through movement, play, and connection. We also create space to talk through practical next steps, from weaning and sleep considerations, to navigating childcare options and choosing schools when the time comes.
